FAQ

Care instructions:

- Wash all products inside out, in cold water, on a gentle cycle with like colors. Hang dry for best results or tumble dry on low inside out with like colors. Do not iron patches. 

How long will it take to ship my product?

- Please allow up to 4 weeks for a shipping notification. All regular orders have a 2-4 week processing time before shipping. We try to move as efficiently as possible but we cannot guarantee any sooner than 4 weeks. Preorders have a 6-8 week processing time.

What happens if my package is lost?

- If your USPS tracking status is "delivered" then there is nothing further that we can do. But if this is not the case and your item does not arrive within 14 days of your shipping notification please inform us.

Do we accept returns/exchanges?

- Our clothing items are made to order, as such, we do not accept returns/exchanges. Please check the sizing guides on each item and double check your cart before you submit. 

What happens if my package arrives damaged? 

- Send us a photo of the damaged item within 14 days and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

Glow in the Dark Tips and Tricks:

- Your patches need to charge in the light before they will glow! Ways to charge your patches: Wear your items out in direct sunlight, lay them out by a window in direct sunlight, for quick charges hold a flashlight 2 inches away from your patches for at least 1 minute. The darker the room, the more your patches will glow! To help protect the glow in the dark thread, do not directly iron and hang dry.
